If I tell my obgyn doctor that I have server pelvic pain and it hurts me so much that I can barely walk and when I do it hurts me a lot and when I go to bed I don t sleep because there s so much pain and if and when I do get to sleep it s only for like maybe 20 minutes before I have to turn on a different side because my hip bones starts to hurt and my legs goes numb a little bit. But when I do turn it hurts me a lot down there. And I barely eat anything anymore. What would he do?
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a gynaecologist and plan for an ultrasound scan.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
